What is FUSE? Read: http://fuse.sf.net/ The implementation is a very straightforward mapping of FUSE primitives to guestfs(3) API calls. Note that read/write of files is missing (a rather obvious omission!) but the reason is that I want to get a feel for how read/write system calls are translated into FUSE operations, so I know if we have to cache files on the host side.
