There's not much to say except read & follow the instructions:
https://libguestfs.org/virt-v2v.1.html

Advice Sought re. Migrating Old Xen DomU
by Miles Fidelman
Hi Folks,
I'm about to migrate a VM from Xen, running on our own server, to a cloud service - probably Digital Ocean - running under K8.
I just discovered virt-v2v and libguestfs and these seem like good starting points. Any suggestions on good places to start, tutorials, other places to seek advice, any specific steps to take - would be very much appreciated.
Basic setup:
*
A legacy system that we're retiring (our own servers running in a commercial data center)
*
Xen 3.0
*
Server and VM are running Linux 2.6.26-2-xen_686
*
Root & swap are mounted on DRBD volumes (v 8.0.4)
*
Yes - it's all ancient, and temporary while we update things. First step is to get off aging hardware & ridiculous charges for rack space.
Looking for a simple way to convert the DomU to something that will run on Digital Ocean or equivalent, and migrating the drbd volumes to Digital Ocean's (or equivalent) block storage service.
Any suggestions?
Thanks very much,
