posted on this list), plus, hopefully, a full fix for these bugs:

It's a (slightly) risky release and it could do with a lot of testing.
I've also created a separate git repo of Windows registry hives:

These are *not* freely redistributable -- unfortunate, but I have no
choice because the repo contains registry hives dumped from real
Windows virtual machines. They do however provide a baseline against
which we can test future hivex releases to see if there are any
obvious regressions.
