I've also created a separate git repo of Windows registry hives: http://git.annexia.org/?p=hivex-test-data.git;a=summary These are *not* freely redistributable -- unfortunate, but I have no choice because the repo contains registry hives dumped from real Windows virtual machines. They do however provide a baseline against which we can test future hivex releases to see if there are any obvious regressions.
