I added Pino's patches into this version of supermin: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-640a4bb060 Please download and install this package (from the "Builds" tab) and run libguestfs-test-tool again, and it ought to give more information about which package on your system is causing the problem. Also run: rpm -qa and attach that as well as the output from libguestfs-test-tool above.
