Actually we came up with another possible way. Not tested, but if it
works, then it has the advantage of not needing root or any permanent
changes to the filesystem:
(1) Delete the symlink in /boot.
(2) Set this environment variable instead:
export FEBOOTSTRAP_KERNEL=/dev/.initramfs/live/isolinux/vmlinuz0
(3) Run libguestfs-test-tool to see if it works.
