I've pushed 1-3, 5-6 as 5c2fc3cc..bc68eae4 (splitting up a couple of
them, and without any \t in patch 6).
And just realized I botched the rebase, by squashing manual fixes with
the generator tweaks instead of the intended two separate commits. I
will see what I can do about rewriting history (possibly a
non-fast-forward push, or maybe just merging with a branch that has
the intended history).
