now that we're using gnulib's fcntl module, which ensures
that we use a conforming <fcntl.h>.
* lib/hivex.c (O_CLOEXEC): Remove definition.
* bootstrap (modules): Add fcntl for its guaranteed definition
of O_CLOEXEC.
