Attached is a build.log from RHEL 6. All the failures are of the same sort: /sbin/lvm pvcreate /dev/sda1 Write locks are prohibited with --ignorelockingfailure. Can't get lock for orphan PVs Just noting this issue in case anyone else comes across it.
