RHEL8 and RHEL9 should be supported, see the first line from the link you
pasted:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
For Windows guests, we support Windows 2017+(eg:win 2019, win 2022,
win2025).
