perl 5.10.0 as included in sle11 does not have newSVpvn_utf8, 5.12.3 as
included in openSUSE 11.4 has it.
I don't understand the rest of the warnings. Could you attach

'perl/Hivex.c' file from the build? I'll take a look to see if it's
different from the Fedora one.
