I get occasional failures in test-curl-header-script locally. I am

The tests also failed a few days ago in test-curl-cookie-script:

In both cases the tests fail (rarely) with the message. I don't know
exactly where it comes from:
accept: Bad file descriptor
Further investigation shows it comes from the mini webserver that we
use (tests/web-server.c). I think I've got a good idea what's causing
this now and will push a fix later.

So there's something going on with these tests, but I've no
idea what.
