In ovirt < 4.2, when importing vm via the proxy, the proxy required
Authorization header, with the contents of ImageTransfer.signed_ticket.
In ovirt 4.4 ImageTransfer.signed_ticket was removed, and trying to
access it will raise AttributeError.
Remove the unneeded code.
