[Libguestfs] [PATCH v4 1/3] v2v: rhv: Fix virtio-rng and memballoon OVF fragment for RHV.
Without this extra element, oVirt will crash with a Java
NullPointerException (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1550123).
