I should probably explain that ERLANG_LIB_DIR is defined because we
already have `AC_ERLANG_SUBST_LIB_DIR' in configure.ac.
I'm just testing it on Debian, and if it works will push it
upstream.
Works OK on Wheezy for me, so I pushed it.
