[Libguestfs] [PATCH / discussion only] Add kernel and userspace arch detection to virt-inspector

This patch isn't quite finished. I also need to modify the virt-inspector "query mode" so that it can display the architecture. Nevertheless, text and XML output works for both Linux and Windows guests.
