I'm currently disentangling the semi-separate 'hivex' library from the libguestfs sources, so it will become a separate upstream project. The git URL of the new hivex project is here: http://git.annexia.org/?p=hivex.git;a=summary Tarballs will be released in the usual downloads directory (http://libguestfs.org/download/) but there are none there yet. We will also create a separate Fedora package. Libguestfs will have hivex as an optional dependency, in order to enable various tools. At first just the virt-win-reg tool, which remains a part of libguestfs. Later more advanced features of virt-inspector to deal with Windows guests, which are not written yet.
