[Libguestfs] [nbdkit] Rename src to server?

Eric, What do you think about renaming ‘src’ to ‘server’? I think it would help when newcomers navigate the source code. (And I hope that my FOSDEM talk will bring lots of new users and developers, hence why I've been working on this over the holiday.)
