Since block/ssh.c is now upstream in qemu, I am going to push this
patch shortly (after a bit of testing to ensure it still works with
the upstreamed version).
Note that although this includes a libvirt backend, that doesn't
actually work without non-upstream changes to libvirt, which are still
under heavy development. So this will only work with
LIBGUESTFS_BACKEND=direct right now.
