[Libguestfs] libguestfs-tools now built for EPEL 5.4

For several people who asked me about the status of the virt-* tools in EPEL, I have now been able to build the libguestfs-tools package: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=139029 However I haven't tested this package yet, so YMMV.
