[Libguestfs] [PATCH] Add diffutils package

Currently guestfs_equal is broken on Fedora 12. It turns out this is because /usr/bin/cmp isn't being included in the appliance, which is because diffutils is no longer an implicit dependency of something else. This patch makes diffutils an explicit package so we avoid this problem.
