There are still some issues, couple of them due to (probably just older)
libev on centos-7 and ubuntu-18.04, FreeBSD not having fallocate() and

Also I forgot to mention that `make dist` is broken without
bash-completion, but my brain is a partially churned butter at this
point, so I need to give up for a while ;)
