The missing dependency seems to be the package gfs2-utils which is present in Debian Jessie and Debian Sid but not in Stretch. # apt-get build-dep libguestfs The following packages have unmet dependencies: builddeps:libguestfs : Depends: gfs2-utils but it is not installable
