You can temporarily disable this repo by doing:
$ mkdir -p ~/.config/virt-builder/repos.d/
$ touch ~/.config/virt-builder/repos.d/opensuse.conf
Keep an eye on
https://status.opensuse.org/ . When
download.opensuse.org becomes available again you can just remove the
‘~/.config/virt-builder/repos.d/opensuse.conf’ file to go back to
normal.
