I've done the upstream part of this.
In the nbdkit download directory you will now see 1.2-stable
and 1.3-development directories:
http://download.libguestfs.org/nbdkit/
In the git repository there is the master branch as usual:
https://github.com/libguestfs/nbdkit
and there is also a new stable-1.2 branch for the 1.2 backports and
releases:
https://github.com/libguestfs/nbdkit/tree/stable-1.2
Normal development should continue on the master branch, so no change
from before.
