[Libguestfs] [nbdkit PATCH v3 0/3] common/include/checked-overflow: provide fallback

I built this version on RHEL7 as well, and I ran the test suite. I had to forcibly disable two tests, test-tls and test-cache-max-size, for the suite to complete. I didn't know initially if this was expected on RHEL7, but then I peeked at the CentOS 7 SRPM, and the spec file in that disables numerous tests, including TLS and cache related ones.
