This file should be included with virt-v2v in Fedora. It was omitted
accidentally.

Yes, although I'm not sure what the latest state of the project is.
If we could distribute rhsrvany.exe, we could make the migration
work in the absence of rhev-apt.exe. I think this would be a good
solution for Fedora.
rhev-apt should be open sourced too. Not sure why it isn't ...
