The stable & supported versions are the ones in RHEL 6.
The problem is that these stable versions have (fully known and
characterized) bugs and limitations. For example in this case there
is no P2V at all in RHEL yet -- it's scheduled for 6.3. That's why
people are very helpfully testing the Fedora and upstream versions.
