# /usr/bin/virt-p2v-server > /home/gregs/p2vtrace.log
And then fire up another P2V from the source physical server?

I've had good luck using F14 as a P2V server. You should be able to get the trace
output by typing this on the cli on the p2v server itself: "export
LIBGUESTFS_TRACE=1". Then, when you kick off the p2v conversion, your p2v server will
start spitting out tons of debug logging to stout.
