This file should be included with virt-v2v in Fedora. It was omitted
accidentally.

Unfortunately the license on this file doesn't permit us to distribute
it with Fedora.

Rich: isn't this GPL? Could we include rhsrvany.exe in Fedora?
If we could distribute rhsrvany.exe, we could make the migration work in
the absence of rhev-apt.exe. I think this would be a good solution for
Fedora.
