I think the problem is this:
+ dhclient --version

[ 1.257538] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready
System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.

I'm not sure what that error means, but you may be able to find out
more by running:
virt-rescue --scratch
and trying to find out why dhclient doesn't work inside the appliance.
