[Libguestfs] [PATCH] appliance: Force /etc/mtab to be a symlink to /proc/mounts

I'm currently testing this patch on Rawhide, F14, Debian and Ubuntu. It's required to fix Rawhide at the moment, so I'm going to add this patch to the Rawhide SRPM. An alternative fix would be to change the daemon to always parse '/proc/mounts'. I'm not really sure which is better.
