Probably the best thing is to read Microsoft's documentation on how to use it: https://encrypted.google.com/search?q=sysprep+site:microsoft.com in conjunction with the Oz code: https://github.com/clalancette/oz/blob/win2k8customize/oz/Windows.py It's not easy, which is why we haven't got around to doing it so far.
