[Libguestfs] libguestfs / virt-v2v split, new repo for virt-v2v

We've split off virt-v2v components into a separate repository: http://gitorious.org/virt-v2v/ (Previously they were part of the libguestfs repository). So virt-v2v stuff will disappear from the libguestfs repository shortly. You can get it from the link above instead.
