I've taken the liberty to do those RHBZ updates on Liran's behalf (also
because I wanted to be subscribed to these BZs).
Yes we should support it. But on anycase, I planned on switching any incoming VM on import for the new cluster level (running on el9) to VNC/VGA by default. QXL(and therefore SPICE) won't be an option for guests after this BZ (on new cluster level).
