Right, I replaced the seabios file bios.bin from qemu-kvm-1.1.1 souce code/pc-bios/bios.bin!
and it work well. thanks.

This version of seabios contains an alignment bug that causes accesses
to virtio-blk devices to hang.  It is fixed by this patch:

but I would suggest updating seabios to a more recent version since
this version is very old and probably has other bugs.
