That didn't resolve the issue. Now I'm getting the following error. Please advice.

[root@kvm16 ~]# virt-v2v -ic esx://10.16.32.13/?no_verify=1 yardqakvm -o rhev -os 10.16.32.16:/vm-images/export_domain --network rhevm

libvirt error code: 42, message: Domain not found: No domain with name 'yardqakvm'

-v and -x options are not working in my case.

[root@kvm16 ~]# virt-v2v -v -ic esx://10.16.32.13/?no_verify=1 yardqakvm -o rhev -os 10.16.32.16:/vm-images/export_domain --network rhevm

This is likely to be a libvirt problem.  Have a look at the diagnostic
steps outlined in the documentation:
